In Sept 2018 Caye took in eight sewing machines to Project Manulito, a small clutter of concrete buildings in rural Honduras. Here a group of women from the area prepared to learn pattern-making and sewing to help clothe the girls at the school, clothe their own families, and possible sell items to the public.

The women set the machines on tables in the new concrete school room and enthusiastically began their lessons from a seamstress named Jessica.

In the two days before the lessons began Jessica n her own cut out blouses and shirts for eight girls at the school and expertly sewed them into attractive garments.  The girls wore them in Honduras Independence Day parade.
